Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
  • Research target companies, marketing agencies, and decision-makers to personalize outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as marketing tech stack, campaign volume, and agency size.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce or similar).
  • Hit weekly KPIs for outreach volume, conversations, and booked meetings.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in MarTech, digital marketing, and lead gen strategies.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development or Lead Generation role (preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or agency sales).
  • Proven success with outbound sales (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Familiarity with marketing terminology, funnels, and performance metrics.
  • Experience selling to marketing teams or agencies is a major plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
