We are a sales development agency specializing in AI-enabled, multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn).

We partner with B2B companies of all sizes, from scrappy startups to mid-market leaders and emerging enterprises to build qualified pipeline at scale.

We're hiring 2-3 high-energy SDRs who love the phone and can consistently turn cold conversations into warm opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect across multiple client accounts spanning diverse industries and company sizes, no single-vertical limitations.

Execute high-volume outbound phone outreach, supplemented by email, LinkedIn touchpoints.

Conduct qualification / discovery calls to uncover pain points, buying triggers, and next steps; schedule intro / demo meetings for client AE teams.

Maintain clean, accurate data in the CRM; update call dispositions, notes, and next actions in real time.

Collaborate with our AI-enablement team to refine messaging, scripts, and cadences; share call recordings and feedback to continually improve results.

Stay current on outbound best practices, call tactics, and AI sales tech; proactively bring fresh ideas to the team.

Success Metrics
  • Qualified meetings booked per client per month
  • Conversion rate from cold conversation to meeting

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 2+ years quota-carrying SDR / BDR experience with a heavy cold-call component (=70% of daily activity on the phone).
  • Documented success hitting or exceeding call and meeting goals.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for cold calling—you view "no" as the start of the conversation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; active listening and objection-handling skills.
  • Proficiency with modern CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, etc.).
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly.
Compensation
