Job summary

  • Client liaison and make 20-30 cold calls daily.
  • Support external sales reps and handle open opportunities.
  • Process quotes and orders as needed for internal sales back-up.
  • Follow up on quotes weekly and manage the CRM program.
  • Manage sales projects and report on sales activities.
  • Take minutes in meetings and fill out forms as required.

Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Sandton

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Scheduling and Managing Director and Sales Manager’s Calendars
  • Client Liaison and cold calling – 20-30 calls per day
  • Support for the external sales reps, handling Open Opportunities
  • Internal sales – As a back-up for Internal sales team, Quote, Order processing
  • CRM- Follow up on quotes weekly, closing and managing the CRM program.
  • Sales team KPI Reports – Visits, Total Quotes, General activity, feedback.
  • Managing sales projects ie : sales reps area lists and how many visits are expected.
  • Documentation – Minute taking in meetings and filling out forms for the sales that are on the road.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Microsoft Office experience, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams
  • Corel Draw – advantage
  • Strong Communication skills
