✨ We\'re hiring: Retail Support Specialist

With almost 100 years of craftsmanship across South Africa, the United Kingdom and Australia, we are growing and looking for a Retail Support Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg!

The Role

This role sits at the heart of our Retail Department and plays a critical part in enabling smooth, high-performing retail operations. The Retail Support Specialist supports our Area Managers with day-to-day activities in recruitment, training, reporting, compliance and mentorship – with a strong focus on people development and operational excellence.

What Success Looks Like
  • Retail Operational Support: plan and co-ordinate trainings, monitor consultant engagement, develop assessment rubrics.
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: headhunt top talent, oversee seamless onboarding, facilitate probation and performance reviews.
  • Reporting & Compliance: conduct boutique evaluations, assist with boutique queries, collate and report on executive sales strategy meetings.
