Role Purpose

The Merch Assistant will provide administrative and merchandising support to the TRU Merchandising team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with website image loading and ongoing product maintenance on the Product Information Management (PIM) system for four Toy Portfolios.
  • Support the loading, tracking, and follow-up of issued billings.
  • Maintain and update the billing register accurately and timeously.
  • Assist with checking and verifying marketing campaign reverts.
  • Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required by the Merchandising team.
  • Provide day-to-day support to ensure merchandising processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Matric Certificate (essential).
  • Computer literate with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Strong command of the English language, with good written communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
