Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Retail Media Studio Manager to lead the creative production process for retail media campaigns. In this role, you will translate strategic retail media briefs into compelling, high‑quality creative assets across digital, in‑store, and other relevant channels. You will oversee a team of designers, ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and creative excellence while managing the full lifecycle of campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in coordinating production workflows, managing resources effectively, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including suppliers, agencies, media houses, and printers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end creative production for retail media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality output.
  • Translate marketing briefs into actionable creative strategies for your team.
  • Manage team workflows, priorities, and resources to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of projects within the workflow management system.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Implement quality control and compliance processes to ensure assets meet brand standards and advertising guidelines.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project status and performance.
  • Resolve production issues, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem‑solving.
