Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 and 1 year work-related experience, or Grade 12 without experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language in the area.
• Valid South African ID or work permit.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers on correct products.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure area is free of obstacles for customer safety.
