What You Will Do
  • Be a visible and hands‑on leader, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects warmth and professionalism.
  • Supervise service teams during busy periods, maintaining consistency, timing, and service quality.
  • Work closely with the culinary team and supervisors to enhance and improve service flow, and uphold presentation standards.
  • Assist in managing events, functions, and special promotions, ensuring all details are perfectly executed.
  • Conduct floor checks and pre‑service briefings to ensure staff are guest ready.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld in all outlets.
  • Support training, development, and performance management to build a motivated and professional team.
