The Replenishment Systems & Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for designing, optimising, and continuously improving replenishment systems and processes to support a scalable, controlled, and efficient supply chain. The role focuses on translating operational challenges into system-driven solutions, reducing manual intervention, and supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of the business’s bespoke demand planning and replenishment tool to enable consistent execution across multiple markets.
Analyse replenishment processes, system behaviour, and exception drivers to identify improvement opportunities
Design and implement system logic, validations, and automation to reduce manual intervention and operational risk
Support the development and enhancement of replenishment tools and applications (e.g. AppSheet, AppScript or similar platforms)
Standardise replenishment processes, rules, and requirements to enable cross-market scalability
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvement
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Competent in JavaScript, SQL, Excel, and Python
Experience with workflow automation or analytics tools
Exposure to KNIME or similar tools is advantageous
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership
Automation- and continuous improvement–driven mindset
Ability to translate operational needs into practical system solutions
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
