This fully remote role requires 3–4 flexible hours per day and offers a pay range of R350 - R420 per hour. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, a strong understanding of social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and the ability to manage various client accounts while cultivating engaging content and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of social media management experience.
• Agency background managing 4 to 5 clients simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram.
• Ability to work autonomously and make quick decisions.
• Strong organisational and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4–5 client accounts concurrently.
• Develop ideas, scripts, and concepts for short‑form videos.
• Produce monthly reports highlighting opportunities.
• Create systemised workflows for each client.
• Gather feedback and manage approvals on projects.
