Qualifications

• South African citizen or holder of a valid South African work permit.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting functions, including journals, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports in accordance with accounting standards.
• Process and reconcile property-related transactions and accounts.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit preparation.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and suppliers regarding financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support property management operations with financial insights and reporting.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work accurately under pressure

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
