Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT technical support, preferably in multi-site or MSP environments.
• 3+ years of Windows Server and desktop support.
• 2+ years with firewalls, networks, and M365/Azure management.
• Proven experience with ConnectWise, Kaseya, or similar MSP tools (preferred).
• Degree or diploma in IT or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for desktop, server, and network environments.
• Handle escalation tickets from the service desk and mentor junior technicians.
• Lead customer onboarding/offboarding and manage multiple IT projects.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and DNS/DHCP setups.
• Implement cybersecurity assessments and best practices.
