We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Reporting Specialist to support accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and operational insights across our Finance and Recruitment teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Financial & Operational Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular financial and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Headcount & Workforce Tracking: Monitor internal headcount, utilization, and staffing data to support workforce planning and reporting.
  • Expense Tracking & Variance Analysis: Track company expenses, compare actuals vs. budget, and assist in identifying cost trends and variances.
  • Budgeting & Forecast Support: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting activities by updating models and consolidating data.
  • Data Integrity & Process Improvement: Help maintain clean financial data and contribute to improving reporting processes and templates.
We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in finance and forecasting.
  • Basic to working knowledge of the accounting cycle and IFRS or U.S. GAAP.
  • Experience preparing financial reports, trackers, or dashboards.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, basic modeling).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in outsourcing, BPO, or high-growth environments is a plus.
