A governmental department in South Africa is seeking a qualified individual for registry services. The successful candidate must possess a Grade 12 qualification and display strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. The Western Cape Mobility Department, Western Cape Government (WCG) has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to provide registry services. The successful incumbent must be able to work under pressure, willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines.
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).

A good understanding of the following: Registry duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data and operate computer; Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment; Work in registry.
Skills needed: A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence. NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply; Computer; Planning and organising; Good verbal and written Communication; Numeracy; Literacy.
R 228 321- R 268 950 per annum (Salary Level 5)
Note on remuneration in addition service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documentation for verification purposes and criminal record vetting. These candidates will be required to complete a practical assessment and attend interviews on a date and time determined by the department and may also be required to undertake competency assessments/proficiency tests. The selection process will be guided by the EE targets of the employing department.
