Job Title: Regional Manager (Outsourced)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of communication engineering projects, continuously enhancing delivery standards, efficiency, and operational processes.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project delivery plans aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring effective execution and ongoing process control.
3. Coordinate cross-functional resources by leveraging internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional customers, acting as a key point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on involvement in MTN or Vodacom wireless projects, with solid knowledge of planning, implementation, and acceptance procedures.
2. Proven leadership experience managing teams of at least 15 members, with strong capability in team guidance, performance management, and mentoring.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
