The role involves establishing training needs, leading stakeholder communications, and ensuring compliance with CCMA and Labour Court submissions. Establishing training needs.
Implementing steps to building relationships through positive communications and reliable, accurate administration.
Ensuring accurate submission of reports and documentation to relevant bodies in relation to CCMA and Labour Court proceedings.
Leading and facilitating formal communications, consultations, and meetings with stakeholders.
Mitigating against risks.
Actively participating in employment equity matters.
Manage Industrial relations processes and disputes in compliance with company policies and procedures
Matric (NQF 4)
Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 5) (LLB/HR/IR)
At least five years’ relevant experience in a similar position.
