A regional health and beauty retailer in South Africa seeks a Regional Customer Consultant to oversee and enhance customer service operations. The role involves supervising Customer Consultants, managing inquiries, handling inventory control, and ensuring internal communication. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in Administration, a Matric certificate, and a relevant degree or diploma. Dis-Chem Pharmacies in the Western Cape Region has an opportunity available for a Regional Customer Consultant (Operations) to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to oversee, elevate and report on all customer queries, complaints and compliments, ensuring customers receive the quickest possible assistance. This opportunity is not limited to candidates based in Cape Town or the Western Cape; applicants residing elsewhere nationally are welcome to apply. Please note that extensive travel to Cape Town and Western Cape will be required for candidates residing outside these areas.
