A regional sales organization is seeking a Regional Agent Relationship Manager in Pretoria to build and maintain relationships with key distribution agents. Regional Agent Relationship Manager – Pretoria.

The Regional Agent Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key Distribution Agents within the sales region.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Onboarding of new distribution agents into the Kazang regional sales teams.
  • Managing existing key distribution agents.
  • Supporting distribution agents to enable them to grow their sales bases.
  • Hiring/managing administrators to support the agent base.
  • Navigating influential persons in informal distribution businesses and onboarding them.
  • Feeding back agent issues and requirements to the broader business.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 5 years experience in Sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
  • Account management or business development in an FMCG or payments company.
  • Experience in the peri-urban/rural ‘informal’ economy is a plus.
