Job summary

A leading office solutions provider in Cape Town is seeking a professional Receptionist / Office Administrator. This role will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent service while managing switchboard operations and general administrative tasks. The candidate must have at least five years' experience in a similar role, bilingual proficiency, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A valid driver's license and reliable transport are also required.

Qualifications

  • Formal training or certification as a receptionist, switchboard operator, or office administrator.
  • Valid driver's licence (Code B / EB) with own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full reception duties including switchboard operation.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with clients and visitors.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Coordinate office logistics management, including boardroom bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and parcels promptly and securely.
  • Oversee ordering and stock control of cleaning materials and office supplies.

About The Role

Key Requirements
