Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a luxury lodge based in Hoedspruit. Our client is seeking an experienced Reception Manager with strong front office and hospitality management skills, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour
  • Welcome guests on arrival and manage check-outs
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to all guest questions and requests
  • Accept payments and perform other administrative duties
  • Prioritise and manage tasks independently with good planning and organisational skills
  • Be proactive, use initiative, and apply creative flair when required
  • Oversee reception and front office operations, ensuring high standards are maintained
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end safari lodge or hotel
