Mon–Thurs 8:30am–4:30pm, Fri 8:30am–1:00pm.

Job Purpose

We’re looking for a dynamic and approachable Reception & Business Support Officer to be the face and backbone of our office!

You’ll be the go-to person for everything from greeting visitors with a smile to providing vital administrative support for our Health & Safety Manager and HR team. Whether you’re organising events, managing schedules, or ensuring the smooth running of the office, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. This is a varied and fun role that will suit a proactive all-rounder with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude!

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors & staff, maintaining a welcoming front of house environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate staff member or handling queries professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety and HR department, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Organise internal functions, team meetings, and office events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Carry out general office duties. Including managing supplies, maintaining Health & Safety records & documentation and coordinating office maintenance.
  • Support and coordinate Health & Safety and GDPR compliance.
  • Assist the recruitment team with the advertising of roles across all platforms.
Essential Criteria
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in a similar role
  • Minimum of 6 months experience using Microsoft Software e.g. Office, Excel
  • Access to a vehicle for work purposes
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience of Business and Marketing skills
