A Medical Technologist qualification and registration with the HPCSA are essential, along with formal training in ISO 15189 requirements for medical laboratories. You must also be a qualified auditor with internal auditing experience. These credentials will enable you to provide trusted guidance and ensure our practices meet the highest standards. Your experience will speak volumes. You should have at least five years of hands‑on work as a Technologist in a laboratory setting, complemented by a year of quality control experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities are essential, along with the foresight to anticipate challenges and implement solutions proactively.
