This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Purchase to Pay Junior Analyst, joining our Global Finance Team.
Experience working with a fast-paced, high-tech start-up or complex company.
Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting processes and systems.
Exceptional attention to details, strong analytical and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work independently, proactively and manage your own work in a timely manner.
Problem solver, able to think through issues and find solutions.
Attention to detail, with experience in invoice processing in a high-volume transactional business.
Customer-centric mindset and proficient in communicating effectively with partners, vendors, and internal colleagues alike.
Collaborate on process documentation and documentation of issues as they occur.
Experience with AP Automation tools, Coupa and / or SAP is a plus.
Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
Basic accounting knowledge and adherence to strong internal controls.
General ledger experience, tax experience, and aptitude for analysis and reporting are a plus.
Remote work experience is not required but considered a plus.
Ensure timely processing of invoices in Coupa and other platforms or tools.
Manage vendor queries and assist the business with problem solving.
Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner and independently solve problems as they arise.
Understand and manage tasks involving high complexity, and research and document support for conclusions.
