Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the estate, including facilities such as the clubhouse , gym , restaurant , and other shared amenities.
• Oversee property sales — including new unit sales and resales — earning commission on successful transactions.
• Build strong relationships with residents, owners, and prospective buyers.
• Transition from a sales-focused role into full estate management as the community grows.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and smooth estate operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management and / or property sales .
• Experience in residential or commercial property environments.
• Proven people and relationship management skills – a true people person .
• Strong administrative, communication, and coordination abilities.
