Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse property deals using pre-built Excel and Google Sheets appraisal models
  
• Input, verify, and extract market and cost data with high accuracy
  
• Produce concise summaries highlighting deal viability and key numerical insights
  
• Maintain strict attention to detail across all analyses
  
• Collaborate directly with the founder to clarify assumptions and review deal metrics
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
  
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formulas and calculators
  
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  
• Excellent written communication for summarising numerical findings
  
• Advantageous: Exposure to property, real estate, or investment analysis; familiarity with AI tools for research
