Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Production Manager role or similar within the fruit packing industry.
• Experience working with mechanical sizer is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the weekly packing and pre-sorting plan.
• Ensure quality controls are in place.
• Productivity monitoring and improvement.
• Control process to meet packing requirements.
• Ensure stock control processes are effective.
• Verify stock availability and investigate delays.
• Oversee chemical stock and mixture.
• Liaise with maintenance team.
• Willing to work irregular hours.
