Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in production environment, preferably in cement/concrete based products.
• Knowledge of OHS and ISO standards.
• Strong operational production management leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run production and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Plan weekly production with management and staff.
• Monitor production targets and manage efficiencies.
• Train staff in production techniques and safety.
