We’re looking for a Business Intelligence & Reporting Specialist who will play a key role in driving profitability and business success by delivering world-class BI solutions, insightful reporting, and innovative dashboards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate, reliable, and timely business intelligence solutions that support decision-making.
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and views to improve visibility of performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Lead regulatory and compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Oversee data governance and quality, ensuring integrity and trust in reporting.
  • Drive innovation and automation in BI processes, eliminating repetitive tasks and enabling self-service analytics for stakeholders.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide junior analysts while taking ownership of month-end and ad hoc reporting processes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Information Management.
  • Microsoft BI certification is a strong advantage.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in MIS, BI, or reporting within insurance or financial services.
  • Solid experience in data extraction, transformation, reporting, and visualization.
  • Strong proficiency with tools such as Power BI, SQL (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), QlikView, R/Python, ETL, and Report Builder.
  • Proven ability to lead in data analytics, customer segmentation, scorecard creation, and performance measurement.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS advantageous).
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
