Requirements

• Matric; Bachelors degree in Software Development, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
• 58 years of experience in POS hardware/software or repairs/warehousing operations
• Proven leadership experience and track record of driving operational excellence
• In-depth knowledge of POS software, repair centre operations, and service level management
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and operational planning abilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
