Overview

Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the company director in a fast-paced environment servicing international project management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver administrative and organisational support to the company director
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements and meetings
  • Maintain and organise digital filing systems (Google Drive and Microsoft)
  • Draft, edit and format documents, emails and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers
