We’re looking for a People Operations Analyst to deliver high-quality, compliant operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and policy compliance across multiple entities. You’ll configure and maintain HR systems, support payroll and mobility operations, and drive continuous improvement of People processes that enable scalability and a great employee experience. This role is remote in Europe (UK preferred) and reports to a People Operations Specialist or Director.

What you get to do:
  • Operational delivery across onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, and data management.
  • Configure and maintain HRIS (e.g., HiBob) and mobility platforms; ensure data accuracy and resolve L2 / L3 queries.
  • Apply and maintain compliance standards across employment contracts, immigration documentation, and GDPR.
  • Prepare accurate, timely payroll inputs in collaboration with Payroll and Finance across multiple entities.
  • Produce reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, mobility) to support insights and audits.
  • Identify inefficiencies and test improvements to workflows, templates, and system configurations.
  • Partner with Legal, Payroll, IT, and Security to support compliant, consistent global processes.
  • Maintain process documentation, contribute to People Ops playbooks, and train coordinators or peers.

What it takes to succeed:
  • 4–6 years in People Operations, HR administration, or compliance within multi‑entity or global environments (ideally fintech or SaaS).
  • Strong HRIS administration skills (HiBob or similar), including configuration, data management, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of employment compliance, including contracts, immigration, GDPR, and benefits administration.
  • Experience preparing payroll inputs and supporting audits or compliance checks.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain processes to non‑HR stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
