Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture-building initiatives, develop behavioural norms, and a Ways of Working framework.
• Ensure compliance with labour law and provide HR insight on workforce planning.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development planning.
