Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Supervisory experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly budget for the Human Resources division.
• Compile detailed Human Resources Reports.
• Attend monthly Senior Leadership Team meetings.
• Manage flow of information to relevant parties.
• Deliver effective services within the People and Culture realm.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation.
