Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Cape Town is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Officer to manage payroll and benefits operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, a strong knowledge of payroll legislation, and proficiency in payroll programs like Sage and Pay-Space. Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of benefits and payroll management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll-related legislation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all payroll functions including processing monthly payroll.
  • Audit payroll balance sheets and YTD earnings.
  • Process new hires, promotions and terminations accurately.
