Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a Partner Support, Customer Support, or Technical Support role.
• Experience working with webstore/e-commerce platforms is highly beneficial.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries.
• Log, track, and manage partner queries using Jira.
• Assist customers with order processing and tracking.
