MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous.
• Previous farm management experience.
• Min of 4 years PACKHOUSE experience.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with global standards and certifications such as GlobalGAP, FSSC (Food Safety System Certification), and Siza.
• Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word).
• Administrative and management experience.
• People management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
