We’re looking for an experienced, people-centred Outbound Support Associate to help us build and run a new outbound operations team in our fast-growing law firm.
Juno is a law firm for the digital age. We’re on a mission to transform the experience of buying and selling a home — making conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster. As part of our expansion, we’re creating a team in Cape Town, South Africa, focused on progressing property transactions by proactively chasing updates from clients, lawyers, lenders and estate agents. This work is a key part of our goal to move cases forward faster.
We’re looking for someone with 5 years’ experience in an outbound customer operations role, ideally working in a high‑value UK outbound role or South African estate agent case‑progression role, with exposure to complex systems, legal processes or property workflows.
Apply if you’re excited to help us build something new, and want to join a team that collaborates daily, asks for help openly, and works together to deliver a faster, clearer experience for home buyers and sellers.
Juno makes conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster.
- Juno is a modern law firm specialising in residential conveyancing and operating throughout England and Wales. We complete thousands of sale and purchase transactions each year, and we’re trusted with panel membership by 80+ mortgage lenders.
- We’re rated as one of the best conveyancing firms in the UK by our clients (4.9/5 on Trustpilot), and estate agents and brokers frequently tell us how much they enjoy working with us.
- We’ve built our own software in‑house so clients can do all their conveyancing online and always know what’s going on.
- We work in small teams of 6–8 people who collectively handle cases — lawyers, paralegals and specialists working together so everyone can focus on their strengths supported by functional teams, including the new team in Cape Town. We check in with each other daily on video, ask for help when we need it, and prioritise collaboration and trust.
About The Role
You’ll be part of our new Cape Town outbound operations team. Your team will focus on progressing property transactions by contacting third parties, gathering missing information, and ensuring steps are completed quickly and accurately.
You will
- Work confidently and independently as a core member of the team, making outbound phone calls to clients, estate agents and other law firms, chasing for documents and information to move cases forward consistently.
- Handle a high volume of outbound contacts with diligence and attention to detail, focusing on connecting to the right person, even when faced with gatekeepers, and getting agreement on timing and content of next steps for every call whenever possible.
- Ensure accurate, timely updates are logged in our systems after every interaction.
- Work closely with UK‑based colleagues to understand case bottlenecks and prioritise your workload effectively.
- Contribute to building best practices within the team — sharing what works, suggesting improvements to scripts and processes, and helping document effective approaches.
- Participate in daily team check‑ins — collaborating with colleagues, sharing challenges openly, and problem‑solving together.
- Support new team members as they join — sharing your knowledge and helping them get up to speed with processes and systems.
- Take ownership of your caseload — meeting quality and throughput targets, reflecting every day on how to improve, and escalating issues when needed.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an outbound customer operations role (e.g. business to business collections, customer success or real estate sales progression).
- Experience working with or supporting the UK market is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to complex environments — e.g. legal processes, financial documentation, property, mortgages, or case‑managed workflows.
- Proven experience managing and coaching a small team. We want to ensure that our initial team members have above average levels of experience, and while we can’t make promises about progression, we are growing fast and have a preference for selecting team leads from within the company wherever possible.
- Comfortable organising workloads, setting goals, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Demonstrated experience working as a collaborative leader who participates as part of the team — not separate from it.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence speaking to clients, estate agents and lawyers.
- Tech‑savvy and able to work across multiple systems and dashboards.
- Based in Cape Town and able to commute reliably to our office.
This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday, 9:30am start – 6:30pm, with seasonal changes to 10am – 7pm (from 25 October – 29 March) SAST.
