Job description

Our client is growing rapidly and they currently have a vacancy for an Outbound Sales Consultant / Contact Centre Sales Agent.

Requirements
  • Proven outbound sales experience, preferably in a fast‑paced call centre or telesales environment.
  • Lead generation experience, including managing, nurturing, and converting leads.
  • Strong proficiency with Zoho CRM, including updating leads, tracking pipelines, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Highly target‑driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer‑centric approach.
  • Experience in the beverage industry is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work from the Midrand office Monday‑Friday, 8 : 00 – 17 : 00, and availability for weekends and public holidays if required.
  • Resilience and adaptability in handling objections and high call volumes.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
  • Team‑player mentality with a positive and competitive sales attitude.
