Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in management.
• Proven track record in operational leadership and team management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and health and safety regulations.
