A leading laundry service provider in South Africa is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of managerial experience, particularly in logistics. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role demands flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed, with an offering of R25k CTC depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years work experience in an operationally heavy managerial role.
  • Logistics experience or background would be an advantage.
  • Must have a valid Driver's Licence and a reliable car.

Our client is the preferred service provider to leading hotels in the Sandton / Rosebank area for their laundry service requirement. This highly successful, owner‑run, modern, commercial laundry specialises in offering cleaned hospitality linen and other on‑time all year round. They take pride in providing excellent results and exceptional service.

An opportunity for an Operations Manager to join this growing workforce based in Muldersdrift has become available.

NB: Because of the nature of the business working weekends, public holidays and night shifts when scheduled is required.

Purpose of Role

Qualifications & Work Experience

Minimum of 4 to 5‑years work experience in an operationally heavy managerial role

Logistics experience/background would be an advantage
