Point of Contact & Compliance:
- Serve as the primary contact for the company establishing our AOC.
- Manage internal document control and conduct internal audits.
- Monitor civil aviation authority concerns regarding regulatory changes and updates, assessing their impact on the company.
- Oversee CAA compliance and assist with CAA audits.
- Perform other QA tasks as assigned.
Flight Operations:
- Coordinate crew and aircraft allocation and planning.
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative duties.
- Generate weekly reports on aircraft utilization and flight operations.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding queries and flight itineraries.
- Coordinate with aircraft owners on availability and logistics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work with aircraft management to confirm fleet service status.
- Prepare flight documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance outstations.
- Assist in maintaining an organized, efficient, and customer-focused office environment.
- Demonstrate initiative, confidentiality, and responsibility in all tasks.
