We're looking for an experienced Ads Manager who knows how to build, run, and optimise paid campaigns that actually convert.

What You'll Do

Manage and optimise paid campaigns across: Google Search, Display & YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Podcast Ads.

Track performance, analyse results, and report ROI.

Set up pixels, events, custom audiences, and UTM tracking.

Prepare ad copy and briefs for creatives.

Collaborate on landing pages and funnels.

Manage budgets and bid strategies.

Stay ahead of algorithm changes and platform policies.

Bonus Points For

Using GA4, Looker Studio, Zapier, or CRM integration tools.

Requirements

2–5 years in a paid advertising role.

Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Based in East Rand, Johannesburg.

Own laptop and transport.

Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.

Able to work independently and deliver under pressure.
