Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction – communicate the local action plan, motivate people to achieve local business goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management / Account Management – develop and implement a relationship management plan, collect feedback and provide recommendations.
  • Sell Customer Propositions – identify complex products and present them with clear rationale and commercial terms.
  • Sales Opportunities Creation – identify potential customers through referrals, trade shows and conferences.
  • Performance Management – respond to objectives, monitor performance, allocate work and take corrective action.
  • Operations Management – provide operational support and act as first‑line supervisor of a transactional operations area.
  • Promoting Customer Focus – assist internal communications and build strong external customer relationships.
  • Key Account Management – deliver specialized support for new and existing accounts and manage complex customer inquiries.
  • Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting – develop a customer contact plan, act as first point of contact and resolve queries.
  • Budgeting – track budgets and report variances.
