Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in fault finding, system integration, and solar installations.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable technical support with minimal disruptions and high uptime.
• Conduct fault finding and root cause analysis (RCA), providing reports per case.
• Provide proactive technical updates and resolve issues within SLA.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Reduce equipment downtime through structured maintenance planning.
• Ensure compliance with ISO maintenance standards, HSE regulations, and audits.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and achieve high audit scores.
• Resolve customer queries within SLA, ensuring high satisfaction and reduced complaints.
• Support lab, storeman, and remote monitoring team members.
