The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

• Feed formulations
• Manage the nutrition/technical department and on-site laboratory
• Product performance, quality and traceability including Salmonella program, sample management and Farm Feed Act
• Liaison with sales department, key customers, industry bodies and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all quality procedures and all QA systems

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

• A minimum BSc Agriculture in Poultry Nutrition and Post‑graduate experience in nutrition would be an advantage
• Have a minimum of 3‑5 years’ work experience in a milling environment
• Have a working knowledge and an understanding of animal feed formulation
• Computer literate with MS Office experience, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Assertive, self‑motivated and quality driven
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Personal and professional integrity
• Converse fluently in both English and Afrikaans
• A valid code 08 driver’s licence
