A regional health service provider in South Africa is seeking talented Nurse Practitioners to join their team in providing comprehensive primary health care in remote settings. Candidates must have extensive professional nursing experience and be skilled in communication, problem-solving, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team. This pool will be used to fill Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual appointments. Fixed Term appointments will be made with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. We have 10 FTE to fill across multiple departments such as Paediatrics, Cancer Services, Emergency, General Ward and Remote Clinics. An opportunity exists for talented and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioners to join the WA Country Health Service Kimberley Team.

To work as a member of a multidisciplinary team within a primary health care framework and philosophy in partnership with the Community and other organisation. To provide continuous, coordinated and comprehensive primary health care of advanced clinical level to families and individuals of that community.

WACHS Kimberley is the most northern health region of WACHS. The Kimberley region has approximately 200 Aboriginal communities, over 34 different Aboriginal language groups and 45 percent of the population are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people. WACHS Kimberley consists of six hospitals, an inpatient mental health unit, three Community Directorates and a Corporate Office.
