Responsibilities

  • Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective buyers
  • Negotiate pricing, finance options, and trade-in values professionally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, processes, and relevant legislation
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including contracts, documentation, and reporting
