Position: National Key Accounts Sales Analyst

Qualifications & Experience
- Matric
- Qualification in data analytics or similar would be advantageous
- Experience in a FMCG environment would receive preference
- Analytical with strong numeracy skills essential
- Advanced knowledge and skill on Microsoft excel and Micro Strategy essential

Responsibilities
- Daily sales & margin reporting.
- Monthly KAM Portfolio reporting and reviews with MD, COO and FD.
- Update & capture KAM Customer Portfolio Forecasts and Potential Spend.
- Margin report tracking & drive margin growth.
- Ensuring availability of up-to-date stock on hand reports.
- EDI & Integration reporting.
- Customer and Category Reach reporting.
- Promotional tracking and presenting results & feedback.
- New product listing tracking and presenting results & feedback.
- Daily Product category tracking and presenting results & feedback.
- Analyze, evaluate, and report sales performance data including patterns & trends.
- Customer Rebates & tracking.
- Debtors Age Analysis Reports & tracking.
- Acting as liaison & support between both the Key Accounts Managers & Contract Administrators.
- Extended support to Key Accounts team on Customer reviews, data analysis and feedback to support sales growth.
- Update filing on National Key Accounts Customer Trading terms and customer agreements as received and updated.
- Assist with retrieving information required to complete tender documents.
- Keeping information updated within online customer platforms like Oracle, Tsebo source and any other online procurement platforms.
- Analytical support in preparations for customer or supplier presentations/promotions/listing and feedback
- Create & load order templates
- Customer bespoke stock reporting support to KAM.
- Branch support on queries/loads/customer groups.
- Ad hoc reporting.
