Solving complex industry specific problems.
Conducting detailed business analysis and process analysis for insurance businesses as relates to their daily operational needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for claims management, premium collections, premium allocations, revisions, underwriting, and new business implementations.
Developing and maintain business process models and workflows.
Assisting in the implementation of Policy Administration Systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
Providing support during testing phases, including creating test cases and conducting user acceptance testing.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Hold a degree, with strong preference for a postgraduate qualification.
Have 5 years or more relevant experience in the Insurance industry.
Proven understanding in claims management, premium collections, premium allocations, revisions, underwriting, and new business implementations.
Strong understanding of insurance operations and processes.
Experience in working with Policy Administration Systems.
Have demonstrable experience in successful project delivery or completing tasks.
Have a proven track record in leading teams.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Experience with process modeling tools such as BPMN or UML.
Familiarity with Policy Administration Systems and their implementation.
Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualisation tools.
Additionally, the following would be advantageous:
Certification in Business Analysis.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the insurance sector.
