Role Overview

Be part of a dynamic team in a critical logistics role, supporting the movement of key mineral resources while gaining exposure to mine-to-port operations and supply chain management. Fujax Group are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant to support our Mine to Port Logistics Manager in coordinating the end-to-end movement of mineral resources. This role is key in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient transport from the mine site to the port.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating road, rail, and shipping operations.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support vendor and contractor coordination, monitoring performance and resolving issues.
• Track inventory and shipments, providing real-time visibility.
• Compile reports on logistics performance, KPIs, and costs.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners, including port authorities and customs.
• Promote safe and sustainable logistics practices.

What we would love to see

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
